As a defender hired by the United Countries of Earth (UCE), your mission is to establish bases worldwide, detect alien threats, and engage in combat operations to eliminate the alien scourge.
The game offers various features including base building, global management through the Geoscape interface, intricate base management mechanics, diverse battle terrains, a comprehensive Pedia system, multiple difficulty levels, interactive tutorials, and randomly generated battle maps.
